Good Friday Blessings

This morning we went to a lovely Good Friday service at church. It was all aimed at the children and they had a really great time learning more about Holy week and about what we, as Christians believe.

The children re-enacted the Last Supper and made crosses from salt dough. We all ate hot cross buns too 🙂

At the end of the service all the children lit a candle on the big cross and we said lovely Good Friday prayers. It was really beautiful.

Prayers needed

Just a quick blog post to ask those of you who believe to pray for baby Samuel. He is just 4 weeks old and is very ill. Today he is undergoing emergency heart surgery.

Be strong little Samuel. May the angels watch over you and keep you safe xxx

Edited at 5.50pm: The operation went well and baby Samuel is in a stable condition and starving hungry! Thanks for all the prayers… keep them going because they are working!
